About the Team

The North American Revenue Marketing team partners closely across Sales and Marketing to create and accelerate revenue through connected programs. The Strategic Accounts team delivers personalized marketing experiences for UKG’s most important prospects and customers.

About the Role

As the Account-Based Experience (ABX) Program Manager for Strategic Accounts, you will report to the Segment Marketing Strategy Lead for Strategic Accounts. You will translate strategic account priorities, sales objectives, opportunity information, buyer insights, and solution strategies into one-to-one and one-to-few programs for priority strategic accounts.

You will own ABX program strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization for assigned strategic accounts. You will partner closely with the Segment Marketing Strategy Lead, Strategic Account Sales, Portfolio Marketing, Campaign Management, Business Development, and Revenue Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic account priorities and sales objectives into account-based program strategies, including buyer personas, buying groups, engagement priorities, messaging, tactics, and success measures.

  • Build and manage personalized one-to-one and one-to-few programs across digital channels, executive engagement, events, content, and direct outreach.

  • Partner with Segment Marketing Strategy Lead and Sales to understand account plans, opportunity priorities, buying-group gaps, competitive dynamics, and customer or prospect challenges.

  • Work with the Segment Marketing Strategy Lead to prioritize accounts and programs based on strategic importance, opportunity value, customer risk, expansion potential, buying-group engagement, and readiness for marketing support.

  • Create program briefs, activation plans, timelines, content requirements, and sales follow-up recommendations.

  • Coordinate with the Account-Based Experience operations team to activate programs in 6sense and related platforms.

  • Monitor account engagement, intent signals, buying-group activity, opportunity progression, and sales feedback.

  • Analyze program performance and recommend changes to audiences, messaging, sequencing, channels, and follow-up motions.

  • Support account planning, executive engagement, pursuit programs, expansion motions, and other strategic account initiatives.

  • Report on program results, including account engagement, meetings, opportunity progression, pipeline, expansion, and influence on revenue outcomes.

  • Share learnings and develop repeatable practices that improve strategic account programs over time.

About You

You are a strategic and organized marketer who can manage complex programs, build trust with Sales partners, and turn account insights into action. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience in business-to-business marketing, account-based marketing, revenue marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Experience developing and managing integrated marketing programs for enterprise or strategic accounts.

  • Experience with 6sense, Demandbase, or similar account-based marketing platforms.

  • Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to support pipeline, opportunity progression, customer expansion, or revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with one-to-one or one-to-few account-based programs.

  • Experience with strategic account planning, buying group engagement, executive engagement, or complex sales cycles.

  • Experience in human capital management (HCM), payroll, workforce management, human resources technology, or enterprise software.

  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel periodically based on business needs.
