How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Direct the development and implementation of clinical program strategies, policies, standards, and departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Manage all staffing activities, including hiring, training, professional development, and performance evaluations.

  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems, contain costs, roll out new services, and drive performance measures.

  • Oversee the department budget, monitoring expenditures and approving purchases to ensure strict financial compliance.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Inpatient Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred.
