- Schedule and facilitate CWC GEAR UP WY project programs and activities reflective of the project vision of preparing students for college 2. Monitor and support student academic success during school hours, lunchtimes, and after school 3. Maintenance of confidential participant records and attendance 4. Assist students in making academic plans and setting goals 5. Recruit students to the program 6. Operate within the framework established by CWC's policies, procedures, and practices 7. Perform other reasonably related duties as directed or assigned
