Full job description
1、全面负责酒店安全保卫工作，制定并执行安保管理制度、应急预案及操作流程，确保酒店宾客、员工及财产安全。
2、组织日常巡逻、监控管理、门禁控制及重点区域防护，及时排查并消除安全隐患。
3、协调处理各类突发事件（如火灾、盗窃、纠纷等），并向管理层提交事故分析报告及整改方案。
4、负责保安团队的日常管理、排班调度、绩效考核及专业技能培训，提升团队应急处置能力。
5、对接公安、消防等政府部门，落实治安、消防法规要求，组织消防演练及安全检查。
6、参与酒店大型活动、VIP接待等专项安保方案的制定与执行，维护现场秩序。
7、管理安保设备（监控系统、消防器材、对讲机等）的维护、更新及台账记录。
8、监督员工行为规范，防止内部安全风险，定期开展安全宣传教育。
1、具备较强的领导能力、组织协调能力及抗压能力，能高效管理保安团队。
2、熟悉国家治安、消防相关法律法规及酒店行业安保标准。
3、具备优秀的沟通表达能力及突发事件处理能力，能果断决策、沉着应对。
4、正直诚信，责任心强，无不良记录，对安全隐患有高度敏感性。
5、熟练使用办公软件及监控安防系统。
6、学历、工作经验、年龄不限，但需具备实际安保管理经验或突出潜质。
