New Hire Incentive available up to $2,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (64 hours per pay period) with 8-hour varied day shifts. The position requires availability to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation. The role is based at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego in Hillcrest.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EP Lab and/or Interventional Cath Lab required

  • Ability to monitor or scrub advanced specialty procedures in an EP or Interventional Cath Lab

  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency and technical competence in: o Scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring of advanced specialty procedures o Teaching others these roles and procedures (e.g., TAVR, Mitral Clip, Lariat, Watchman, complex peripheral procedures)

  • Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks during crises or high-stress situations

  • Must be able to speak, read, and follow instructions in English

  • Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Current ACLS from American Heart Association

  • Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program (or Military program equivalent)

  • Current RCIS and/or RCES certification Preferred Education/Course(s)/Training: Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program (or Military program equivalent).Current RCIS and /or RCES certification.
