We’re growing our team of In-Home Care Professionals throughout the Greater San Diego area and are looking for reliable, compassionate individuals who take pride in the care they provide.
Your Day-to-Day
As an In-Home Care Professional, you’ll provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
-
Supporting safe mobility and transfers
-
Providing companionship and assistance with daily activities
-
Preparing meals and assisting during mealtimes
-
Performing light housekeeping and helping with errands
-
Providing transportation to appointments and community activities when needed
-
Observing and communicating changes in a client’s condition or daily needs
-
Following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team
-
Providing dependable, respectful, and compassionate support to clients and their families
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience providing hands-on care or supporting individuals with daily living activities
-
Patient, dependable, and compassionate approach
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions
-
Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Ability to meet applicable employment and client-service requirements
Additional Experience That’s Helpful
-
Experience assisting with safe transfers and mobility
-
Experience supporting individuals with memory-related care needs
-
Strong observation and communication skills
-
Ability to remain calm and professional in changing sit
