Full job description

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Sheetmetal Technicians of all skill levels for projects located in or around Newton, MA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $33/hour for an Apprentice and up to $40/hour for a Journeyman based on experience and skill level. If you are a Sheetmetal Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Install ductwork on multi-residential construction projects
Assemble sheet metal duct systems and components
Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
Fabricate and shape sheet metal materials as needed
Install ductwork according to project specifications
Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

Previous sheet metal experience preferred
Experience with duct installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience assembling duct systems and components
Ability to fabricate and shape sheet metal materials
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
