Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Laboratory Manager for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

*** You will be responsible for technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory.**

*** You will be responsible for performing tests and assure the quality and timeliness of testing.**

*** You will encourage an ongoing program of improvement of Laboratory services.**

*** You will provide technical consultation for each of the specialties/sub specialties in the laboratory including respiratory dept.**

*** You will provide support and be a clinical resource for staff.**

What Qualifications You Will Need:

*** Certification as MT (ASCP), CLS, or equivalent is required.**

*** Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology is required.**

*** General knowledge of all Laboratory functions is required.**

*** Minimum 7 years full time laboratory experience in high complexity testing is required.**
