We are currently seeking a highly driven Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest growing sector. Enverus is the right company at the right time. Performance Objectives

• Prepares balance sheets and prepares and submits reports reflecting the state of the company's finances to management.
• Assures a business or organization's general ledger is balanced properly.
• Accounts for all transactions of the business, and confirms that the company's accounting process is shown in the accuracy of the ledger.
• Documents day-to-day transactions, and reviews and checks the ledger monthly and annually.
• Works with Bookkeepers, Auditors, and/or Accounting Clerks.
• Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
• Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.
• Generates revenue reports for internal and/or external use.
• Reviews, tracks and maintains billing information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and other accounting regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree from a three or four-year college or university
• 0 - 1 years of relevant work experience
• Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education or entry level professional with associates or bachelor level degree.
• Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
• Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
• Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
