  • Supports clean-sheet labor and organizational design reviews across corporate functions and targeted business areas.

  • Identifies operational best practices across high-performing functions, facilities, and business units and evaluates opportunities for replication in lower-performing areas.

  • Analyzes current workflows, staffing models, spans and layers, role design, productivity practices, and fixed-cost structures to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Provides analysis and operational insights to support organizational design, redundancy assessments, requisition and backfill reviews, and labor governance processes in partnership with HR and business leaders.

  • Develops data-supported findings and recommendations that consider financial impact, operational continuity, colleague considerations, and execution feasibility.

  • Prepares operational findings, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations to support Corporate LMAT governance and senior leader review.

  • Supports working sessions with business owners to clarify opportunity scope, action plans, timing, ownership, and expected outcomes.

  • Supports the transition of approved initiatives to business leaders and tracks early execution progress, risks, and identified issues.

  • Maintains effective working relationships with operators, Finance, HR, and corporate functional partners to support value creation initiatives.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Experience supporting operational improvement, productivity, labor management, cost reduction, organizational redesign, or value creation initiatives

  • Experience partnering with operators, finance teams, HR partners, and/or corporate functional leaders

  • Experience translating analysis into practical, operationally feasible action plans

Preferred Education & Experience:
