With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry. Responsibilities:

Process incoming mail and packages using the package tracking system.Perform mail and package deliveries while accurately obtaining customer signatures uponreceipt.Process outgoing mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain inventory levels for office, mailroom, and shipping supplies.Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements: • Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with two to threeyears of experience using these tools.• Demonstrated strong work ethic with a team-oriented and service-focused approach, and theability to build positive working relationships.• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive customerexperience.• Professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude at all times.• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage changing priorities.• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and workindependently while seeking guidance when needed.• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
