Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to join our team and help drive a strong culture of safety and environmental compliance across our manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll be the primary EHS resource during overnight operations, partnering closely with production teams to ensure a safe workplace, maintain regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Track, maintain, and communicate key environmental and safety metrics across the facility.
  • Manage required compliance reporting and ensure permits, documentation, and records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain EHS procedures, systems, and processes that support regulatory and company requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety programs, environmental procedures, and best practices.
  • Support and enhance Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs for new and existing equipment.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities for safety and process improvements.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen EHS performance and reduce risk.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness efforts, including response planning, drills, and training related to environmental incidents, hazardous materials, and facility safety.

Skills and Requirements

  • Associates degree in Occupational Safety, EHS OR Highschool diploma + experience

  • 5+ years of experience in safety in manufacturing OR industrial OR construction OR food & beverage environments o Conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis o Managing OSHA compliance and audits o Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition and risk assessment, LOTO, fall protection, PPE and industrial hygiene basics Technical knowledge of incident investigation methodologies, workers' compensation and environmental compliance

  • Experience leading a crew

  • OSHA 30 (minimum), OSHA 500/510 (strongly preferred)

  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional)

  • ASP (Associate Safety Professional)

  • CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician)

  • First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor
