Business Analysis Student Co-op or Intern

Responsibilities

  • Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing branch operations data to support business questions and identify trends, especially around Sales Commission and Incentive Programs

  • Help create and update reports, dashboards, documentation, and presentations using tools such as Excel and Power BI.

  • Collaborate with team members to test system or reporting changes, document results, and support special projects.

  • Support team members by responding to routine data and reporting requests and helping troubleshoot basic issues.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
