Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations, internal control policies and Nevada State Gambling regulations. No experience necessary, will train. MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Minimum six months dealing experience and appropriate licensure preferred Working knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules Must be able to review and comprehend all documents Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene Ability to speak, read and write English Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Superior guest relation skills are necessary Must be 21 years of age or older JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules and in an accurate manner Promote positive guest relations Responsible for maintaining the security of the game Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and attendant regulations as well as the Company's internal control policies and procedures Other duties as assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment Must be able to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time Must be able to speak and hear, write, finger and feel Lift and carry up to thirty pounds (30 lbs.) and occasionally more Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Must endure variable temperature conditions (extreme hot or cold) BENEFITS: Paid Time Off Flexible schedules Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance Short-Term/Long-term Disability Insurance Education Reimbursement up to $5,250 annually 401(k) plan Employee meal discount program And more!
