Job Description:
Join a pioneering team at the forefront of one of the most important movements of our time. As brain health emerges as a global priority across science, healthcare, education, defense, and public policy, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to what many are calling the “Decade of the Brain.” The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Center’s Chief Director, Brain Health Project Co-Leaders, and senior collaborators, supporting initiatives that are transforming how society understands, protects, and strengthens brain health.
Through highly visible programs such as BrainHealthy Campus® strategies, Optimal Brain Health for Warfighters, and community-focused initiatives that help individuals achieve measurable “brain gains,” the Center is leading a movement to improve cognitive health, resilience, performance, and wellbeing across the lifespan. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in advancing this mission by coordinating executive operations, facilitating highlevel collaborations, and helping bring visionary programs and partnerships to life. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation, impact, and purpose intersect. The successful candidate will be energized by supporting leaders who are reshaping the future of brain health and creating meaningful change for individuals, organizations, and society.
