  • Monitor project schedules and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed.

  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and work with appropriate stakeholders to develop resolution or mitigation plans.

  • Escalate project concerns when additional support, resources, or decisions are required.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, action items, decisions, and project-related communications.

  • Provide timely and effective project updates to clients, project teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Support changes to project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining appropriate stakeholder alignment.

  • Build effective working relationships with clients and internal business partners.

  • Assist with resolving project challenges and coordinating cross-functional activities that impact client outcomes.

  • Ensure project deliverables align with established requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution, processes, communication, and the overall client experience.

  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining effective organization and follow-through.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

  • 6+ years of experience supporting or managing projects, implementations, client initiatives, or other cross-functional work.

  • 6+ years of experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

  • Strong working knowledge of project management principles and the project lifecycle.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Ability to identify project risks and issues and engage the appropriate stakeholders to support resolution.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities while knowing when to escalate issues or seek additional guidance.

What would be great to have:

  • Knowledge of Fiserv's internal processes.

  • Experience within financial services, payments, fintech, banking, or technology.

  • Experience supporting Client Success, Relationship Management, client service, implementations, or another client-facing function.

  • Experience working directly with external clients and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Project management training or certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent.

  • Experience with project management, reporting, collaboration, and productivity tools.

  • Experience participating in or leading client status meetings and project reviews.
