WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role joins Global Procurement and reports to the Global Sourcing Director. They lead two sourcing managers and oversee the sourcing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting North America and Asia Pacific Latin America, partnering with Procurement category leaders, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, business stakeholders, and global sourcing teams.

Nike is looking for a decisive, people-first sourcing leader who can turn global strategy into strong execution. This person brings strategic and tactical sourcing expertise, category management knowledge, contracting experience, and a track record of managing teams and service providers. They know how to lead complex sourcing events, evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and keep work moving across multiple spend categories and geographies. They combine industry insight with disciplined execution, using performance measures to identify risk, resolve issues, and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate builds trust quickly, communicates with clarity, and challenges plans when local realities demand a different approach. They foster effective teamwork, develop others, embrace change, and create accountability without losing sight of the bigger picture.
The candidate will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, contracting, or procurement operations.

Experience leading and developing people, including sourcing professionals responsible for day-to-day event execution.

Experience managing a Managed Service Provider, including performance against service-level agreements, issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Demonstrated ability to lead requests for proposal, supplier evaluation and award processes, commercial negotiations, and contract execution across multiple areas of spend.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead sourcing execution across North America and Asia Pacific Latin America, turning global category strategies into practical local action. You will guide the internal sourcing team, hold the Managed Service Provider accountable for performance, and create a clear path from sourcing intake through contracting and closure.

Lead best-in-class sourcing execution across North America and Asia Pacific Latin America, balancing priorities and workload across multiple procurement categories.

Manage and develop two sourcing managers responsible for executing sourcing activities, while overseeing the scope and performance of the Managed Service Provider.

Own the geography stakeholder experience from sourcing intake through event completion, supplier selection, contracting, and closure.

Build strong relationships with geography-based Procurement Category Directors, Senior Managers, Principals, Leads, and business stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.

Translate global category strategies into operational sourcing plans, bringing forward local market insights, requirements, risks, and opportunities.

Monitor Managed Service Provider performance against service-level agreements, address delivery gaps, and coordinate issue resolution across Nike teams.

Use industry benchmarking, sourcing expertise, and performance insights to strengthen compliance, process excellence, change adoption, and sourcing outcomes.
