Full time, part time, prn and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Responsibilities Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. 1. Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition. 2. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. 3. Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders. 4. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. 3.
