Our client, a leading organization in the printing and technology support industry, is seeking a Onsite Print Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Print Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Service Delivery team.
Job Title: Onsite Print Administrator
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Pay Range: $25-$29 per hour
What's the Job?

Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols.

Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemblies of systems/products in accordance with standard protocols.

Assist end users with device functionality, including clearing paper jams and replacing consumables such as toner and paper.

Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain daily production goals, ensure high-quality service delivery, and support operational process improvements.
What's Needed?

High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work competence.

Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.

Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to established protocols.
