Social Media Coordinator

Description

We're seeking a creative, hands-on Video & Social Media Coordinator to help grow and manage our digital presence across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, editing videos, managing social channels, and bringing marketing ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Film, edit, and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms

• Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts

• Schedule, publish, and optimize content

• Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement

• Create social graphics, promotional materials, and digital advertisements

• Capture product photography and lifestyle content

• Monitor account performance and help increase engagement and audience growth

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels

• Take ownership of content projects from concept to final delivery

Work Environment

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Primarily onsite in Pompano Beach

• One remote day per week

• Occasional weekend availability for events

• Collaborative, creative work environment

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, video production, or digital marketing

• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools

• Product photography experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative

• Portfolio showcasing video and social media work required

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable appearing on camera when needed

• Motion graphics experience

• Experience with construction, industrial, manufacturing, or product-focused brands

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Experience managing social media communities and engagement
