\n Key Responsibilities \n

\n \n </div>\n

Analyze user and system requirements to design, develop, test, and maintain Java and Angular applications. \n

\n </li>\n

Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs, service integrations, and data access components for Oracle, PostgreSQL, and other relational databases. \n

\n </li>\n

Support application modernization initiatives, including Spring Boot migration, database modernization, microservices, and containerization. \n

\n </li>\n

Deploy and support containerized applications in Kubernetes environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. \n

\n </li>\n

Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, technical design, and continuous process improvement. \n

\n </li>\n

Develop automated unit and integration tests, support CI/CD pipelines, and maintain technical documentation using Confluence and Jira. \n

\n </li>\n

Provide backup database administration support for Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB while cross-training across application, database, and deployment technologies to ensure operational continuity.\n

Bachelor\x27s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Candidates without Bachelors degrees will require an additional 4 years of software engineering experience. \n

For a SWE Level 1 a minimum of seven\x26nbsp;(7) \x26nbsp;years of software engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity will be required. \n

\n </li>\n

For a SWE Level 2 a m inimum of fourteen\x26nbsp;(14) \x26nbsp;years of software engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity will be required. \n

\n </li>\n

Security Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph, no CCAs will be accepted at this time.\n

Experience developing Java enterprise applications using\x26nbsp; Spring Boot \x26nbsp;(or similar frameworks) and\x26nbsp; Angular \x26nbsp;(or comparable front-end technologies). \n

Experience designing and implementing\x26nbsp; RESTful APIs \x26nbsp;and integrating applications with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or other relational databases. \n
