- Atlanta * Boston * Chicago * Denver * New Jersey * New York City * Raleigh * San Francisco * TorontoApply NowApply Later YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field * 10+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture, with demonstrable success building and operating complex systems * Deep expertise in full-stack development across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, with strong command of data engineering, AI/ML systems, and deployment architectures * Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions encompassing data pipelines, model training and serving, and production MLOps * Proficiency in modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and serverless technologies * Strong understanding of deployment pipelines, observability, performance optimization, and security principles to ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability * Experienced in dynamic, fast-paced environments; leverages strong engineering expertise and a passion for mentoring to build capabilities and deliver sustainable, measurable results * Proficient communicator skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, fostering alignment among stakeholders, and transforming ambiguity into clear, actionable strategies Apply NowApply Later Share This JobEqual Opportunity Employment Disclaimer McKinsey & Company is an equal opportunity employer.
