Full job description

Our total compensation ranges from $297,000 to $317,000 annually which includes a 6% employer contribution plus up to 4% 403(b) match. We will offer a $30,000 moving stipend/sign on bonus to make relocation efforts effortless. Paid Time Off details 11 weeks off 1st year, then 10 weeks off annually, including vacation, holidays, personal leave, sick and CME time. For any work beyond your clinical commitment, you'll earn an impressive $145 per hour. And all of this comes with the added bonus of living and working in beautiful Utah!
