As a Human Resources Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, the projects assigned will vary based on the intern's education level and plant location, but will generally reflect the duties outlined below. Summary of Responsibilities: - Recruitment, employment, job postings and employee transfers - New employee orientation and training - Administration of human resources policies and programs - Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programs - Coordination/facilitation of performance review process for client departments - Prepare, maintain, and retrieve applicant and employee records - Collect, analyze, and report data and information - Prepare, review, and process documents, including reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations - Various other duties as needed to support the business Minimum Qualifications: - Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or another business-related degree - Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027 Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
