Staffing Resource Office (SRO) Registered Nurse Opportunities

Are you looking for flexibility, competitive pay and the opportunity to make a lasting impact during our busiest patient care season?

Join BayCare's Seasonal Resource Office (SRO) team and support our hospitals during peak winter patient volumes. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced acute care RNs seeking a short-term commitment while gaining exposure to multiple facilities and specialties throughout the BayCare system.

Seasonal Program Overview

  • 13-week seasonal assignment

  • Opportunities available November through February

  • Competitive seasonal pay rates

  • 12-hour shifts available

  • Day and Night shift opportunities

  • Every other weekend commitment required

  • Placement may vary based on organizational need, clinical specialty and location preference

  • Opportunities throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk counties

Completion of one seasonal assignment keeps you active in the system!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN license

  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care RN experience

  • Ability to commit to a 13-week seasonal assignment

  • Flexibility to work at assigned BayCare facilities
