LPN Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9am - 5pm and Thursday 1pm - 7pm, plus one (1) Saturday per month 9a - 1p
Primary Responsibilities:

Provides nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices
-
Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care
-
Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching
-
Provides direction to: clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing

New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing

Pediatrics experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Current CPR/BLS certification
-
1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area

Experience with pre-authorizations
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
