Campaign Planning Specialist PMOUNTJP00001786 * Hourly pay: $40/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Campaign Planning Specialist to support the internal campaign planning team in turning global media briefs into digital media plans. Campaign Planning Specialist Responsibilities: * Help translate global media briefs into digital media recommendations, building media plan sheets that capture platform mix, partner names, tactics, and budget allocation across digital channels such as programmatic, CTV, paid social, online video, and paid search, and incorporating feedback across revision rounds as plans move toward approval. * Support activation of approved plans by working with media buyers to ensure creative assets, tracking tags, and campaign details are delivered on time and set up correctly, and help maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and instructional guides. * Check plan sheets and campaign setups for errors, monitor campaigns to confirm they're tracking toward delivery goals, and flag issues for Director review. * Handle basic day-to-day communications with internal stakeholders and vendors, communicating clearly with the planning lead and media buying team. * Assist in compiling campaign recaps and optimization reporting against goals and benchmarks. Campaign Planning Specialist Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience with digital media planning or buying, using platforms such as Prisma or MediaTools. * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Familiarity with ad serving/tracking measurement platforms is preferred. Shift: * 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. (H)
