Product Owner - INTL - India

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead the vision, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of the Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and deliver scalable solutions across project management, resource management, staffing, time and expense, billing, and project financials. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Certinia PSA and Salesforce, with a proven ability to drive process optimization, facilitate UAT, support Agile/SAFe delivery, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements that deliver measurable business value.

Skills and Requirements

-Strong knowledge of Certinia(FinancialForce) PSA, Professional Services business processes, project accounting, resource management, and project lifecycle management. -Experience translating complex business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and functional specifications. -Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Lightning Experience, security model, reporting, automation, and integration concepts. -Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization frameworks, stakeholder alignment, and release planning within Agile and SAFemethodologies. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and drive process improvement initiatives. -Experience supporting data migration, reporting, integration, and business transformation initiatives involving CertiniaPSA and Salesforce ecosystems. -Excellent communication, facilitation, workshop leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executives, business users, and technical teams. -Ability to balance competing priorities, manage cross-functional dependencies, and deliver business value in large-scale enterprise environments.
