About the job

The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team serves as the strategic link between Google's Product and Engineering teams and our Global Business Organization (GBO).

As a Global Product Lead for Search Ads 360 (SA360) Performance and Platform Strategy, you will manage the end-to-end go-to-market commercialization and market-to-product feedback loops for SA360's enterprise bidding, budget optimization, and cross-channel performance solutions.

Search Ads 360 is the premier enterprise platform for performance and productivity across lower funnel inventory.

In this role, you will drive global adoption of SA360's flagship Enterprise Bidding solutions (including Multi-Target Portfolios, Adaptive Budgets, cross-engine and cross-channel auction-time bidding, and experimentation) across Large Customer Sales (LCS), Global Customer Solutions (GCS MMS), and Agency and Partner teams. Beyond performance bidding, you will own key horizontal platform workstreams for SA360: managing the annual Product Prioritization (RPP) cycle, partnering with Finance and gTech to track platform business health and mitigate customer churn, developing quantifiable product value claims, and delivering compelling product narratives for premier customer and agency forums across Google Marketing Platform (GMP).

We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. Our team of creative visionaries thrives in deconstructing and re-creating businesses to meet changing strategic and operational needs, enable, incubate and scale innovation, establish more efficient practices, align functions and stakeholders to help the company continue to achieve its vast potential.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Lead GTM execution, metric operations, and global sales activation for SA360 Enterprise Bidding across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and GCS, driving adoption of Multi-Target Portfolios, Adaptive Budgets, and cross-channel optimization.

  • Partner with SA360 and cross-GMP Product and Engineering teams to steer roadmaps for automated bidding, transparency reporting, experimentation, and emerging agentic workflows, translating market feedback into requirements.

  • Direct the annual SA360 product prioritization process, consolidating qualitative and quantitative signals from LCS/GCS sales, agency HoldCos, and gTech into a stack-ranked priority roadmap aligned with broader GMP priorities.

  • Partner with Product Finance, BizOps, and regional GTM to monitor business trajectories, same-store growth, and leading predictive churn-risk interventions for at-risk enterprise accounts ahead of executive QBRs.
