Responsibilities: The Implementation Specialist will play an integral role in the success of the Motorola Cloud Provisioning team by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should have a track record working directly with customers on the installation and configuration of SaaS solutions while answering technical questions and resolving complex customer issues.
