Lead supplier managementKPI and metrics reporting, working with stakeholders to identifydeviations and improvement areas. Formulate sourcing plans andexecute Requests for Proposal (RFP) to meet business objectives,leveraging procurement knowledge, should-cost models, and marketanalysis. Use project-management tools consistently, including projectcharters, roles and responsibilities matrices, and Weighted SelectionScorecards. Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statementof Work (SoW), Work Orders (WO), Non-Disclosure Agreements(NDA), and Service Level Agreements (SLA), partnering with businessowners and legal to draft contracts while adhering to Spending andTransaction Policy. Interpret financial data to inform decisions, reduceor avoid costs, improve vendor experience, and drive site efficienciesand business deliverables with building leadership. Additionallymanage procurement and invoice support for cross-regional sites inLondon and Barcelona. The pay range for this position in Brooklyn, NY is $68000 - $119000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
