AV Lead Engineer

IDR is seeking an AV Lead Engineer to join one of our top clients in New York, NY. This role involves spearheading the design and engineering of a central rack room and a digital AV ST2110 network that supports multiple event spaces. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AV Lead Engineer: * Lead the technical design and engineering efforts for the central rack room and AV infrastructure. * Develop comprehensive system architecture and signal flow diagrams. * Specify and validate AV hardware, software, and network components to ensure optimal performance. * Oversee integration requirements and conduct interoperability testing to ensure seamless operation. * Ensure the scalability and future-proofing of the AV environment to meet evolving needs. Required Skills for AV Lead Engineer: * Proficiency in ST2110 and advanced broadcasting technologies. * Strong expertise in AV architecture and networked media systems. * Experience in systems integration and technical documentation. * Proven ability to lead complex AV system design and engineering projects. * Hands-on experience with IPTV and related technologies.
