Performance Specialist, East Coast

The Performance Specialist, East Coast guides measurable operational improvement, productivity, and profitability within assigned PPG CDN customers, MSO accounts, and Strategic PPG Customers. You will be a trusted partner to collision center leadership by delivering PPG Collision Services, operational expertise, and performance-based solutions that strengthen long-term customer relationships and enhance PPG loyalty. Reporting directly to the Refinish USCA Collision Performance Director you will educate customers on PPG Collision Services, Knowledge College, and MVP solutions. You will also partner with PPG sales, leadership teams, and distribution to align service efforts with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities - Be the primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers. - Focus on existing main accounts with an emphasis on retention, growth, and performance improvement. - Engage with assigned customers to understand current operational challenges and opportunities. - Observe shop workflows and identify constraints improving productivity or profitability - Be the trusted advisor by connecting operational improvements to measurable outcomes - Collaborate with PPG sales, Strategic Account Manager, and distribution partners to ensure aligned customer messaging and support - Coordinate and support new installations and upgrades.
