Job Title: Lead Bilingual Sandblaster
Job Description
Join a dynamic team within an Oil & Gas manufacturing environment, where you will apply your sandblasting expertise to finished parts.
Responsibilities
-
Perform sandblasting on finished parts within an Oil & Gas manufacturing setting.

Ensure high-quality results in all sandblasting tasks.
-
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain production efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating sandblasting equipment.
Essential Skills
-
Industrial sandblasting experience from a manufacturing background.
-
Proficiency in sandblasting techniques.
-
Bilingual abilities, or at least conversational Spanish proficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience in painting within an industrial setting.
-
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Work Environment
The standard shift is from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work in a supportive and safety-focused environment, where collaboration and efficiency are key.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
