Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-centered UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The UX Designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, define user journeys, and create solutions that improve usability, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and stakeholder discovery sessions.

  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and business requirements to identify opportunities for product improvement.

  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web, mobile, and digital products.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Facilitate usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, product design, interaction design, or a related role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes and successful digital product outcomes.

  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar design tools.

  • Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.

  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

  • Familiarity with UI design principles and visual design best practices.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

  • Experience collaborating with front-end developers and understanding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.

  • Background in SaaS, eCommerce, healthcare, financial services, or enterprise applications.

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, FullStory, or Mixpanel.
