Role Summary:

• The Instock Manager supports supply chain and inventory operations by working with internal teams and vendors to maintain product availability and resolve operational issues.

• This role focuses on identifying inventory and supply chain problems, coordinating solutions, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify out-of-stock and supply chain issues.

• Investigate operational exceptions and identify root causes.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Support purchase order and inventory-related activities.

• Track missing site offers, inventory disruptions, and other operational exceptions.

• Maintain and update Excel-based reports and operational metrics.

• Monitor KPIs and help identify opportunities for improving supply chain performance.

• Manage daily workload while meeting SLAs and quality standards.

• Communicate updates and resolutions to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Support high-volume operational activities during peak periods.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Project Management, or a related operational field.

• 1+ year of Excel experience, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP.

• Strong communication and follow-through skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have

• Vendor management or vendor coordination experience.

• Purchase order experience.

• Inventory reporting/analysis.

• Supply chain operations experience.

• Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, or operational metrics.

• Strong written communication.
