Security Escort - Part-Time

Overview

Tactica Solutions is seeking Part-Time Security Escorts to support controlled access for uncleared personnel performing work in INSCOM secure facilities. This role maintains continuous visual control, enforces facility security practices, and coordinates closely with Government security and access-control personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Government security and access-control staff to verify escorted individuals’ identities.

• Brief escorted personnel on facility security and safety responsibilities, prohibited items, and badge requirements.

• Accompany and remain with janitorial, maintenance, repair, construction, and other uncleared personnel for the full duration of their work.

• Escort personnel out of controlled areas when work is complete.

• Verify with the Government sponsor that classified material is removed from view and secured before uncleared personnel enter a work area.

• Follow approved schedules, post orders, reporting procedures, and direction from the site security lead.

• Maintain required first-aid, CPR, and AED training.

Requirements

Education / Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Other Requirements:

• U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old.

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5 and eligibility for SCI indoctrination.

• Willingness to complete a CI polygraph if required.

• Ability to maintain clearance and required access for the life of the contract.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience escorting uncleared personnel in secure DoD or Intelligence Community environments.

• Familiarity with SCIF procedures, prohibited-item controls, and visitor-badge processes.

• Current first-aid certification.

Location: Killeen, TX

Physical Requirement

Must be able to perform prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping for up to 12 hours; read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; and understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders/instructions, and training materials.

Hourly Range: $23.00 - $30.00

Posted Salary Range

USD $23.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
