About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Fitness Equipment Technician at Fitness Machine Technicians! This exciting role involves maintaining and repairing fitness equipment, ensuring our clients enjoy top-notch service and equipment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various fitness equipment.

• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Install new fitness equipment for clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment needs.

• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Stay updated on the latest fitness equipment technologies.

• Ensure safety standards are met during all service operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fitness equipment technician or similar role.

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of various fitness equipment brands and models.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

• Willingness to travel within the Charlotte, Columbia, Greenville and Spartanburg area for service calls.
