Job Description Job Title: Program Quality EngineerPay Rate: $38.00-41.00/hourLocation: RemoteShifts: 1st Employment Type: Direct/W2#ProgramQualityEngineering #Aerospacejobs #SAPJob SummaryBelcan is seeking a Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to support aerospace quality initiatives and customer-facing quality activities. This individual will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, driving corrective actions, resolving quality concerns, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and program performance. Key Responsibilities*Responsible for coordination of customer quality interfacing, including customer reviews, audits, and senior-level presentations.*Facilitate Preventative and Corrective Actions concurrently with internal quality organizations, including Design, Operations, and Supply Chain.*Coordinate and manage customer issues in a timely and professional manner to achieve business unit goals.*Facilitate resolution of critical quality issues and situations, including Quality Clinic activities utilizing 8D methodology for product failures, to ensure timely turnaround.*Use customer and internal metrics to create, lead, and implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.*Clearly communicate improvement plans and progress to internal stakeholders and customers.*Attend internal escape board meetings and present corrective actions to leadership.*Coordinate and deliver failure analysis white papers and document findings within SAP/ETQ systems.Collaborate with sites and cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements using continuous improvement tools and methodologies.Champion and execute quality initiatives, including Get to Green, Zero Defect Planning (ZDP), and PPAP implementation as required. Core QualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum of two years of experience in Quality Engineering or Operations.*Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.*Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.*Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
