Evaluate existing workflows, uncover process gaps, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
-
Support infrastructure and enterprise technology efforts by assisting with planning, testing, deployment, transition activities, and readiness for ongoing operations.
-
Translate technical concepts into clear updates and recommendations for project sponsors and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
-
Demonstrated success managing technology projects through initiation, implementation, and closeout.
-
Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts among technical teams, business partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
-
Ability to collect, organize, and manage both business and technical requirements for project delivery.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess processes and recommend practical improvements.
-
Proven meeting facilitation and decision-support skills, with the ability to resolve project-related challenges effectively.
-
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
