Job Description
Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Analyst to support and optimize its newly implemented Oracle Cloud HCM environment following a transition from Lawson v10. This individual will serve as the bridge between HR, business stakeholders, and IT, helping resolve production issues, support day-to-day operations, and ensure the organization can effectively manage the platform after consulting resources transition off the project. This is not an implementation role. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Oracle in a live production environment, understanding both the business process and the underlying Oracle configuration required to resolve issues and support ongoing system enhancements.
Skills and Requirements
•• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience.- Cloud Based

Hands-on experience supporting and configuring the following Oracle HCM modules:

Global HR
-
Recruiting
-
Payroll
-
Benefits
-
Absence Management
-
Time & Labor / Timekeeping
-
Goal Management & Performance Management
-
Compensation
-
Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
-
Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a post-go-live environment.

Strong understanding of Oracle configurations, workflows, security roles, user provisioning, and user groups.

Ability to translate HR and business requirements into Oracle system solutions.

Experience supporting user access changes, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives.
-
Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, user training, and documentation.
-
Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders. Ability to serve as the liaison between HR operations and IT teams.

• Lawson ERP experience.
-
Healthcare industry experience.
-
Experience supporting organizations through ERP stabilization efforts. Experience working alongside consulting partners and managed services teams.
