JOB REQUIREMENTS: Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Locations USA-WI-La Crosse Campus Name Benedictine Living Community-La Crosse Category Therapy Position Type Casual Shift Various Specific Shift Times Varies Scheduled Days of the Week Varies Weekend Work Requirement Varies Salary Range 55.00 Overview The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. Responsibilities Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents. Qualifications Qualifications Required Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing. Bachelor's degree.
