SUMMARY: The Specialist, Campaign Production position supports Campaign Coordinators and internal staff with the set-up and monitoring of simple websites to support fundraising efforts and also has direct contact with donors and potential donors by supporting the donor help desk throughout the duration of the campaign season (September-December). RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Communicate with Resource Development staff on the status and access of websites. Primary contact for Campaign Coordinators. Participate in final accounting reports for customers, including keeping a calendar of upcoming kickoffs and closing of websites. Complete testing and quality control of website production. Support pledge processing in information collection on specific transactions. Monitor the donor services help desk line and respond to customer questions during normal business hours.
