Full job description

Pay Rate: Up to $77/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change. Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available day 1, 401k and more Labor and Delivery RN - Shifts: 12hr Job Summary: Provides comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vitals. - Administer pain management (e.g., epidurals) and assist during vaginal or C-section deliveries. - Conduct postpartum monitoring and newborn assessments. - Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and newborn care. - Identify and respond to complications. Requirements: - RN license in state of assignment * Compact License Allowed Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility - M inimum 2-year(s) exp. - BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications. - Experience in labor and delivery or maternal-child nursing. Work Environment and Demands: - Will work every 3rd weekend - Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down). - Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
