Requirement Analysis & Documentation: o Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for eCommerce solutions. o Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. o Coordinate and prioritize individual deliverables with Product Owners/Stakeholders o Elicit and document requirements NFRs and specifically related to observability, monitoring, SRE etc. monitoring and alerting for different services and micro frontends using App Insights.

Technical Understanding & Collaboration: o Work closely with architects and developers to understand technical designs, APIs, integrations, and system workflows. o Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and feasibility of solutions.

Effort Estimation & Planning: o Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate effort estimation for features and enhancements. o Work with development teams to break down work into manageable tasks including for technical components.

Proxy Product Owner (PO) Responsibilities: o Act as a Proxy PO, ensuring development teams have clear priorities and well-defined requirements. o Own the product backlog, refine user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business goals are met. o Drive backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and ensure smooth delivery of features.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: o Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders. o Communicate requirements, timelines, and priorities effectively across teams. o Must be able to collaborate with Enterprise DevOps and Cloud Teams o Adhere to IT Department policies best practices and work successfully within an iterative SDLC environment.

Quality Assurance & UAT Support: o Support testing efforts by validating feature implementations against requirements. o Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
Skills and Requirements
- Requirements include: o Minimum 8 years of experience as a business analyst within an information systems or information technology organization. o Experience organizing and leading effective requirements elicitation workshops. o Experience producing detailed systems specifications o Experience with detailed functional testing o Good grasp of the following technical skills: SQL/Access DB, Ad Hoc Data Analysis, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Java, Sprint Boot, APIs, Microsoft Azure, Cosmos DB, Bitbucket o Experience with e-commerce platforms & cloud native web applications. o Exposure to the following technologies is a plus: SAP or other ERP, ETL, ATG Web Commerce, CommerceTools, WordPress, InRiver, Bloom Reach, Endeca, Talend o 4-year degree (or higher) in CS, IS, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience. o Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced work environment o Must be highly motivated and dependable with excellent communication and collaboration skills
