About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Intune Endpoint Administrator to join our IT team and take ownership of modern device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments. This individual will be responsible for managing device configurations, security policies, application deployments, and compliance initiatives through Microsoft Intune while partnering closely with infrastructure and security teams to deliver a secure and seamless end-user experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevice Management & Configuration

• Create, configure, and deploy device configuration profiles for Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.

• Manage device enrollment for both corporate-owned and BYOD environments.

• Implement and support Windows Autopilot for streamlined, zero-touch device provisioning.

• Maintain and optimize endpoint management standards and policies.

Security & Compliance

• Develop and enforce security and compliance policies within Microsoft Intune.

• Configure and manage device security baselines, including encryption, password policies, and firewall settings.

• Monitor device compliance and remediate non-compliant devices.

• Support efforts to protect corporate data and ensure adherence to security standards.

Application Management

• Deploy, update, and maintain line-of-business (LOB), Microsoft Store, and third-party applications.

• Configure and manage App Protection Policies (APP) for mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot application deployment issues and optimize application delivery processes.

Monitoring & Support

• Monitor device health, compliance, and performance through the Microsoft Intune Admin Center.

• Generate and analyze reports related to device inventory, compliance status, and application deployments.

• Troubleshoot issues involving device enrollment, policy configurations, and endpoint management.

• Provide advanced support for Intune-related escalations.

Collaboration

• Partner with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• Participate in endpoint management strategy discussions and recommend improvements to enhance security and user productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.

• Strong understanding of endpoint management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.

• Experience with Windows Autopilot deployments.

• Hands-on experience creating and managing compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• Experience managing mobile application deployments and application protection policies.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Endpoint Management, or Microsoft 365.

• Experience supporting large-scale endpoint environments.

• Knowledge of modern device management (MDM/MAM) best practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
