JOB REQUIREMENTS: Columbia County Health and Human Services is seeking a Community Health Worker. This is a full-time (40.0 hours/week) position. The position will be responsible for developing community partnerships, updating/developing division policies, leading outreach efforts, and helping individuals navigate and access community services Requirements: Associate degree in a health promotion related field preferred. Closely related degrees are acceptable Preferred: At least two years of public health field experience. Hire Rate: $26.286 per hour.
