We are looking for hardworking, dependable Trim & Grind Technicians to join its boat manufacturing team! If you have experience with grinders, sanders, hand tools, power tools, fiberglass, construction, auto body, or manufacturing , this could be a great opportunity to put those skills to work.

🔧 What Youll Be Doing:

• Trim, grind, sand, and prepare fiberglass boat components

• Use grinders, sanders, saws, and other hand and power tools

• Remove excess fiberglass and material to achieve proper fit and finish

• Smooth rough surfaces and edges in preparation for the next stage of production

• Inspect parts for defects and quality concerns

• Follow measurements, work instructions, and production specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Wear required PPE and follow established safety procedures

• Work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team to meet daily production goals

💪 Were Looking for Candidates With:

• Previous trim & grind, fiberglass, construction, auto body, boat building, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience using grinders, sanders, saws, and other power tools

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
