宴会销售总监 Director of Events

1、全面负责酒店所有产品的宣传与销售工作，包括但不限于宴会、会议场地等； 2、带领团队完成酒店设定的销售目标及相关任务； 3、制定销售计划并确保所有团队成员按照计划执行对所负责的地区或行业的客户进行维护及开发，通过电话销售，当面拜访等形式了解客户需求并最终达成销售； 4、协助市场销售总监制定酒店宴会销售业务的整体规划与执行并确保业绩目标的达成； 5、开拓和维护高端客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系； 6、统筹宴会活动从预订到执行的全流程管理，协调各部门资源； 7、分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态，及时调整销售方案； 8、带领销售团队完成年度预算指标，定期提交销售报告； 9、负责部门相关部分的预算制定，并积极参与预测及市场计划的制定。

1、具备良好沟通技巧，处理危机的知识和能力； 2、对酒店及相应施设具有专业知识； 3、对本地市场及国际市场有基本的了解，拥有丰富的客户资源； 4、具备设立最适合酒店的总体营业目标及行动方案的能力； 5、具备高效地推广和将品牌定位在理想水平的能力； 6、具备优秀的团队领导力和跨部门协调能力。
