Job Title: Robot Operator

Job Description

This role combines physical robot operation with structured data review. You will teach robots manipulation skills, generate high-quality motion and grasping datasets, review captured data for accuracy and completeness, and provide structured feedback to engineering and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic systems to perform pick-and-place tasks.

• Demonstrate correct grasping techniques across a wide variety of SKUs.

• Execute repeatable motion sequences to ensure high-quality training data.

• Follow established safety procedures in active robotic cells.

Shift : 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay : $21/hour + Weekly Pay + Benefits

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
